If I have contacted you about modeling for me, or given you my card with this address on it, then you are in the right place. I am currently working on several projects for which I need talented models. If you are interested, just drop me a line on the contact page, and we can set up a photo shoot.

I'm not nearly this mean in real life ;o)One
of the projects is an ongoing stock photography business I run to
generate supplemental income. The way stock photography works is
simple: I shoot images that I believe could be of use to magazine,
newspaper, or web designers. These images are uploaded to my stock
agency who then sells the images. Some images sell very well,
some hardly sell at all. Because of the nature of this business, it
takes at least a year for a photo shoot to pay off for me. Due to this,
it is not feasible for me to pay models. What I can do, however, is
supply you with a disk of very professional images from the photo shoot
that you can use to promote yourself with. This is known as TFCD (trade
for CD) in the photography/modeling world. Another thing you may get
out of the deal is the fun of occasionally seeing yourself
in print or on a website. All of the stock images I shoot are very
tasteful, and usually involve one or more models in the studio or on
location. Often they are depicting business scenes. Often, they are
just lifestyle images: a model using a cell phone for example, or
jogging in the park. The shoot may take from one to three hours. I
am glad to buy my models lunch or share a bottle of wine with them for their hard
work.
Another
project I am working on is creating abstract gestural nudes. These are
very tasteful, fine art images. If you are interested in modeling nude
for me, I encourage you to bring someone with you. These images are
almost exclusively shot in the studio, so your privacy is not an issue.
In exchange for modeling for me, you will receive an archivally
produced, signed and matted, limited edition print. I'm not yet that
famous, but it could be worth thousands some day ;o)
Working
on these gestural nudes is fun. They involve a lot of motion blur, so
we will put on a cd of your favorite music and you can move around and
dance. The images are really strangely beautiful. These photo shoots
usually last about an hour. I'm happy to share a bottle of wine or buy
you a beer to help you relax, but again I suggest that you bring a
friend along to help you feel as comfortable as possible. More examples
of these gestural nudes can be found at my model mayhem website.
Thanks for your time and consideration,
Craig Wactor
